Director of Programming, Ronnie Hreha, during his time at Appalachian State University as the Men’s Assistant Coach, not only designed training for players, he also helped recruit players! Coach Hreha knows first-hand what to look for in future collegiate athletes, how to get them fit, and teach from experience - since he was a college player, coach, and recruiter. At HF CES, he will help you in several different ways!

Uniquely at our camps, athletes get to work with highly educated Exercise Scientists on proper technique and safety while getting strong in both POWER AND SPEED. Trainings will consist of: Small Groups in closely monitored programs that progress in complexity as basic techniques are mastered. AND with Heart Rate Training - learning to push and recover quickly using science and technology. Most importantly, you will learn what varying levels of rate of perceived exertion really feel like using the technology so when you are on your own, you know when you are working properly without technology. Great knowledge to take with you as you put it in extra work on your own! 

Our Method is to use high-level Professional Tools under the direction of Exercise Scientists for you to get the best training! Use VertiMax Explosive Trainer, Polar Heart Rate Technology, Olympic Weightlifting, and more! We focus on building a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals. Our sessions will start with instruction in movement training and talk about injury prevention. Proceed to linear and lateral speed techniques, speed and agility exercises, and explosive power development. Then finish with proper functional strength training. Not only will you challenge your body in the sessions, but you will also learn!
