  • HIIT + CORE: Our HIIT sessions, use Polar Real-time Heart Rate Training to push you when you need a push, and pull you back when you need a rest! Our CORE sessions give step-by-step direction to build total body strength + durability. BOTH = SMART TRAINING!

  • SPIN + KICKBOXING: Our CARDIO BUILDING sessions of SPIN + KICKBOXING, use Polar Real-time Heart Rate Training to push you when you need a push, and pull you back when you need to ease up! Each session, the instructor will work with you on form, as well as, use technology you to safely and effectively help you build cardio endurance! SMART TRAINING!

  • STRENGTH TRAINING: Our weight room sessions combine Dumbbells, Olympic Weight Training, + Accessory Work. Our Exercise Scientists work on a 4-week progression schedule with a focus on proper form!

  • RECOVERY + RESTORATION: Try Our PRO TOOLS - Thermal Massage Migun Bed, Normatec Compression Boots, Percussion Therapy Guns, Deep Heat Far-infrared / Traditional Dry Sauna Stations, and Foam Rolling w/ Band stretching!

HF Center of Exercise Science offers a place and programs where adult former athletes can train together to feel strong “like an athlete AGAIN”, even after their playing time is over.

Join us in the Weight Room for a Strength & Conditioning Program with proper progression. Programmed by Exercise Scientists. Train like an athlete, like when you played sports, but for your current status in life! ATHLETIC TRAINING FOR ADULTS!
