1. PURCHASE YOUR STRAP

Heart Rate Training with our technology. This is a fantastic tool for you and your trainer to see the level of effort performed on each power drill! Purchase your strap below, only $9.00.

2. CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

Once you create your account you will be able to see actual real-time heart rates specific to your own settings! You will be able to train smart - no over-training or under-training. In addition to this you will be able to get a follow-up evaluation graph as well. Flow > Settings > Profile settings. You are set!!

Now you are set up on Polar Flow. Let's sign up for sessions prior to the session to show the trainer you want Heart Rate Training.

1. DOWNLOAD THE POLAR APP

On your Smartphone download the Polar Flow App. Save it to your home page. This will give you evaluations of all your sessions with us! Very Cool!

 
 

2. SEARCH FOR OUR CLUB

After you create your account and after you download the Polar Flow App, you will need to go to a web browser and go back to Polar Flow and sign in to your account. We are now ready to sign up for sessions. Go to Community then go to Clubs. Then Search for your club: HF CENTER OF EXERCISE SCIENCE. Start following our club by clicking the Follow club button.

3. SIGN UP FOR CLASSES

Clicking the Sign up for classes button opens the class list. You can choose a class/session to sign up for by clicking on the one you would like to participate in. (You can also cancel your participation in the class by clicking the class again).

Note: You can sign up for classes through the web service up to one week beforehand.

4. SAVE POLAR ON YOUR SMART PHONE

Make life easier by saving this class sign up page as an icon to your Smartphone home page and label it Polar Sign in.

Note: Signing up for classes/sessions can only be through a browser on your Smartphone or from a computer. The Polar Flow App WILL NOT Allow You to Sign Into a Session - so it easy when you have it saved to your home page or on your computer in your favorites*
