Not only do we monitor and teach heart rate control with one of the best tools Polar Technology, we use one of the best training tools to increase your vertical jump call the Vertimax. The Vertimax enhances all explosive movements, vertical jump performance, quick change of direction, and overall power!
Using this tool, our coaches will work on enhancing your fast twitch muscle performance through an advanced resistance training designed to train how you play. We can develop each athlete’s program to be sport specific.
While using max effort power it is great to see how well each client is exploding and recovering. Together we will develop the quickness, strength, speed, and heart rate control needed to help you dominate your sport!
