With Exercise Scientists, Coaches, Tools to Train Like a Pro (Polar Real-Time Heart Rate Technology, VertiMax Explosive Trainers, and Olympic Weight Training Equipment) we will help you build power and strength using science-based workouts.

At HFCES we have a daily training focus set each week ensuring we have a balanced and consistent approach to obtaining all of our athlete’s goals. Although we train the full body every day, our workouts have been programmed strategically with these focuses to maximize results, minimize the risk of injury, and allow proper recovery that limits overtraining any one area.
